Confirmation Module

Instead of wasting time taking a reservation and then rewriting it all in a confirmation letter, with just a few mouse clicks, you can let ECM do it all automatically.

The ECM system automatically merges all the reservation details – name, address, date, time, products, etc., – into a letter template of your choice. Once you have configured however many letter templates you want, e.g. for a birthday party, a corporate party, league, or special events, it'll only take you a few seconds to make a confirmation.

Automating this process saves you a lot of time and money, and you can even save on postage stamps. ECM lets you e-mail the confirmation letter to the customer directly from the system. You just choose whether you want it printed out or e-mailed right away.

 

Note: For sending mobile text messages, a GSM modem is required (modem not provided by Easybowl).
